The Science of Inflammation

Modern medical research is beginning to reveal that excessive inflammation may be the triggering factor for many chronic conditions. A normal level of inflammation is necessary for the body to fight infections and maintain health, but scientific evidence suggests that excessive chronic inflammation is linked to conditions like Alzheimer’s disease, coronary artery disease, Diabetes, Asthma & COPD, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and other autoimmune conditions.

Being able to maintain a healthy level of inflammation is believed to be a positive step in addressing conditions that effect millions every day.

  1. What are the other ingredients in this product? I am allergic to some of the artificial sweeteners. Are there any included?

    • @SPENCER- Among other ingredients, Anatabloc contains Mannitol, natural and artificial mint flavors and sucralose.

  2. Can you comment on side effects from long term use of the supplement?
I understand that the clinical trials were only for several months of use.

I am also concerned about the recommended dosage as printed on the materials sent with the supplements: It is either one or two 3 times a day. The variation of 100% leaves me wondering about what the true and most effective dosage really is. Please comment.

Finally, I was given to understand that when you reconstituted the pills from the original format for CIGX, the cost was going to come down to the price of taking daily vitamin pills. Why is the cost still at a prohibitive cost of $100/month ( assuming 2 pills 3 times daily??

Thanks for your attention and responce to these concerns.

    • @MD ROSNER- To your points-

      1. Long term side effects- Anatabloc contains Vitamin A, Vitamin D3 and Anatabine (We are assuming you are asking about the Anatabine). Anatabine has been ingested by individuals throughout history in many food products. Anatabine is also the primary ingredient in our other CiGRX product which has been available on the market since August of 2010. There have not been any indications or reports of long-term issues associated with anatabine intake.

      2. Recommended dosage- Keep in mind, Anatabloc is a dietary supplement, not a prescription drug. The recommended dosage range takes into account what people have reported as being effective. Some have been satisfied with results on the low end of the recommendation and others on the higher end. To your specific question about “most effective dosage,” it all depends on your experience.

      3. Anatabloc is priced where it is because it works. If you take a look at our Facebook page, http://www.facebook.com/anatabloc, you will see that testimonials have been flooding in.

      Thank you for your questions!

  3. I have not been able to take anti-inflammatories, such as ibuprofen or meloxicam, because I had an ulcer from using these medications. Can I use anatabloc without worry?

    • @SHERYL- If you have any concerns, it is always best to consult a physician. What we can tell you is that there have been no such reports of stomach issues with Anatabloc, and there have been no such reports with our other product, CiGRX, which also uses Anatabine, and has been available for more than one year.

  4. I have been following in eager anticipation for the arrival of the product having been part of patrick cox break through technology report – I have told all my loved ones and friends and they have all read his reports and are very interested in the product. However i think you totally shot yourself on the foot with the way that you priced the product – Its a real shame because i had about 8 people interested in buying who are now totally turned off by $1200/year cost. Thats an extremely expensive supplement.

I also would like to say being that I can’t understand how you can justify the international postage costs 27 dollars for any package considering its 1 or 5 packs – personally i think you can get a good feeling on the integrity of company by whether they don’t take advantage of over charging on the postage front.

So all in all not to happy about the way your launched the product.

    • I pesonally have been mailing the other anatabine product, CigRx, to an investor in the company, in Ireland, for some time now. It costs $35, the cheapest price a considerable amount of research would allow … and the “courriers” are upward from there.

I’d love to be able to send it to him for $27! That’s a bargain. International shipping always includes a cost for “customs”, and it ain’t cheap!

  5. My wife has celiac disease. She also deals with significant joint and muscle pain due primarily to inflammation. Are there any inert ingredients (e.g. gluten) in Anatabloc that would make it a supplement diagnosed Celiacs should avoid? Thank you for any response.

    • @Bill. We have not received any negative reports from people with Celiac disease. That being said, any concerns should be run by her doctor first.

  6. I take Warafin for a recent incident of Blood Clots. Visited my Doctor today for a regular checkup and my “reading” for blood thickness was at 3.9 where as before I started taking Anatabluc (3 pills a day) it was 2.6. Is Anatabluc causing this?

    • Check with your doctor David. As a dietary supplement, we really can’t comment too much on that as it gets into the medical advice realm. Let him/her know what Anatabloc is (if he/she doesn’t already know) and ask what they think.

  7. I saw a piece on the local TV station about a local womans story about using your product. It was mentioned about being part of a trial study and to contact the company about being a study for them. Can you give me info on this? I am on disability and cannot afford this product at all. The price is so high! Any ideas??

  8. I actually don’t think the price is that expensive. I’m using 1 pill X 3 per day. That’s over 2 months worth of coverage for less than $100. And now that you can buy it on GNC, it has come down to $79 per 200 if you buy them in the first 7 days of the month with a Gold Card GNC membership. So even better. But at almost any price, the fact that the arthritis has gone from my hand entirely after years of pain and disability means it’s worth it. And this after only just over 2 weeks of treatment. My wife is also using Anatabloc and after the same length of time, her chronic sciatic problem has almost disappeared after years of suffering. I don’t believe in miracles but I do believe in Anatabloc.

  9. The question above about whether anatabloc bloc was gluten-free was not answered.
Are there any wheat, rye, barley derivatives in the non active ingredients in the supplement?

  10. @Don Noone- Anatabloc is certified gluten-free. Take a look at the website’s homepage. There is now a banner on the Anatabloc image that reads “gluten-free product”

  11. My husband was told about anatabloc and it being in the trial stage. We are interested in it but would like to hear the side effects of this medication.
Can it be taken with blood pressure medication? and Bactrim. Please send a reply to our e mail address.
    Thank you.

  12. I’m not a smoker, but an aging runner. I stumbled on the theory of using anatabine for inflammation. Then I saw CigRx and Anatabloc both contain anatabine ingredient. What are the amounts of anatabine contained in each lozenge/tablet? My wife drinks Yerba Mate tea daily (she’s from Latin America), and loves it. I was leaning towards the CigRx because it states Yerba Mate as an ingredient as well. Please advise.

    • An Anatabloc tablet contains about 1 mg of anatabine citrate. A CigRx contains about 1/3 that … about 0.3 mg.

So in anatabine content one Anatabloc = (approx) 3 CigRx

Not an expert, but if someone is already drinking yerba mate as tea, I’d think about not adding to that … in large amounts it can have side effects (according to a search on “yerba mate side effects”, speaking of the amounts in tea habitually consumed, not the small amounts in CigRx).

I personally would take Anatabloc with the tea instead of CigRx, but that’s just I, cautious person that I am.

  13. I am worried About anatabloc being an MAOI. Are there any interactions with food or drugs? Is there a way to talk to a medical professional at Rock Creek? When I called I just got a hard sell, very unhelpful.

  14. Has the product shown promise in people with lumbar radiculopathy (lower back pain caused by among other things a bulging disk and / or sciatica? My wife suffers from both and we have been told that surgery is not an option. Steroid shots have not helped and she is on a long list of medicines. Any info would be most appreciated.

    • Not a doctor so not trying to give medical advice but would like to share my story with you. I was in a minor car accident that resulted in a back injury for me and now years of pain. In the beginning I was told just a sprain, given muscle relaxers and pain killers, no improvement meant test after test that revealed nothing, a couple a years of almost flat on my back, no sleep and no life. I searched for answers through general practitioners, spine specialists, chiropractors, homeopathic, physical therapist, physiatrist, and like I said drugs (addictive ones). I decided enough of the drugs even of the doctors I can’t take this pain and semblance of a life anymore that has to be something else. I found a couple of answers one is Eat for Your Blood Type and the other is supplements, including L-trytophan 500 mg at night to sleep and MSM 1000 and Anatabloc to relieve muscle soreness and pain. I have been taking these for three months. I saw results in a matter of weeks. I am not completely out of pain, but I am doing so much better and able to physical do so much more than before. Learning about supplements and the more natural/plant based choices has really worked for me I hope you give it a try. Getting off of the prescription drugs was hard but the side affects especially long term are so scary. I know the pain, it is debillitating. Hope this helps you in some way.

  15. I just recently had spinal fusion surgery, 12.14.11. I can not take any NSAID due to effect it would have on bone growth. Does anatabloc interfere with bone growth? I have osteoarthritis severe and am in constant pain in hands and feet. I need some form of relief and tylenol just is not doing it for me.

  16. A couple of things:

    1) What is the difference between the amount of antabine contained within one pill/serving/dose of Antabloc vs. Cigrx?

    2) I’m concerned about the artificial flavor and sucralose. Any chance in the future of elminating those ingredients or replacing with a natural solution? Why use those with something otherwise natural?

    Thanks.

  17. I recently retired from the military after 26 years and three knee surgeries. I started taking this amazing pill and somewhat skeptical about it and was surprised by the price. I gutted out three miles the other day and woke up the next day walking with out pain and like a man half my age!
I was so thankful and actually gave the lady at GNC a hard time about the price and asked how long do I have to return this if I do not feel any results. She informed me 30 days…heck, I am going back to buy some more bottles so I do not run out!! AMAZING and Thank God! I am extremely happy and hope it continues to get better. Thank you!!
